“Crystal helped me when the city council approached me with a low offer. She went to city meeting with me, listening to their plans that would devalue my property asking me to allow them to put a drainage ditch into my property because I had a pond and pasture. They did not have specific plans, but wanted me to allow a waterway/retention pond in my property. We told them no. They are putting water drainage elsewhere, thus I'm keeping up the value of my property that sold actually for more than the comps showed.”

I let Crystal know when I was due back into town and stressed to Crystal to be in contact with selling realtor for us a chance to get in before it went under contract with another buyer. Crystal was able to get us in upon my arrival back into town. It was a holiday, July 4th in fact. We were under contract on the 5th.
